General Terms of the Official My918Mega Agent Site

1.5 In the event of a conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and any provisions on the My918Mega.com website, the provisions stated in this Agreement shall prevail.

1.6 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to request any user to provide proof of identity and age as a prerequisite before the user is allowed to participate in or use any My918Mega.com services.

Account Registration

2.1 Each player / IP address / WhatsApp number / Bank Account may register for only one account on My918Mega.com.

2.2 In the event of any dispute regarding a Player's account, My918Mega.com reserves the right to suspend the Player's account until a resolution is reached. Reports of any disputes must be made in writing and must state the date, time, and details of the dispute. To file a dispute, it must be emailed to My918Mega.com. The Management Team takes member disputes very seriously and will endeavor to take all necessary and reasonable steps to investigate and ultimately resolve all disputes.

2.3 My918Mega.com reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate any user account without cause and at any time without notice. Any credit balance in the account at the time of such suspension and/or termination will be refunded to the account owner via a payment method determined by My918Mega.com. My918Mega.com also reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to verify any winnings and to void any credit balance or winnings from any user account, as well as the user's access to My918Mega.com.

2.4 Every user is solely responsible for keeping their account number and password secure. My918Mega.com users are solely responsible for any purchases and/or losses on their own My918Mega.com account.

Withdrawals (Cuci)

3.1 Your total winnings will be credited to a bank account under your identical registered name and can only be withdrawn in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

3.2 We will not release your winnings under any circumstances if the full value of your deposit has not been fully played.

3.3 Withdrawals from your account can only be made in the same currency in which the deposit was made.

3.4 All bank charges incurred by My918Mega.com arising in connection with any of your betting transactions shall be reimbursed by you. My918Mega.com reserves the right to deduct and offset the aforementioned charges from the winnings payable to you or from your account, whichever is applicable.

3.5 If a withdrawal has been made, a time interval of 2 (two) hours is required before the next withdrawal request can be processed.

3.6 The maximum amount for the first withdrawal is limited to RM 50,000, while the second and third withdrawals are limited to RM 500.

3.7 All deposits are required to meet at least a 1 (One) time rollover of the deposit before any withdrawal is made.

Example: Deposit MYR 100 | Rollover = MYR 100 x 1 = MYR 100.

3.9 All deposit and withdrawal processing times are subject to the respective bank's Online Banking availability.

3.10 Withdrawals will only be issued to individual bank accounts matching the REGISTERED name.

3.11 Members are not allowed to withdraw before outstanding bonus conditions are met.

3.12 Please be advised that large withdrawal amounts may require a longer processing time.

Bonuses

4.1 Bonuses may only be used in the specific games offered to you. Acceptance of any Bonus is subject to this Agreement.

4.2 You are not entitled to withdraw any Bonus amount, and you may not use cash to fund your account without first complying with the applicable terms including, without limitation, any qualifications or restrictions.

4.4 You are only allowed to have one active account on this Site. My918Mega.com reserves the right to monitor any attempts to establish multiple accounts. If it is discovered that you have opened more than one account, all accounts will be closed without notice. My918Mega.com reserves the right to deny access to anyone. All offers are limited to only one account per individual.

4.5 If you claim any bonus offered by My918Mega.com, you are not allowed to withdraw any winnings until the promotion's rollover requirement is met.

4.6 All bets placed in live games that result in a win/loss return will contribute to the rollover requirement. Only 25% of total bets placed on roulette and 50% of total bets placed on slots and RNG games will count towards any bonus wagering requirement. All drawn or tied bets, voided or canceled bets, consecutive bets with odds less than Euro 1.50 or Asia 0.5, or bets on both sides (opposing chances) during a single game will not count towards any rollover requirement.

4.7 Once a promotional bonus has been credited to your account and the rollover/turnover requirement has not been met, My918Mega.com will not entertain any requests to cancel or remove the bonus to allow you to make a withdrawal.

Breach of Agreement

5.1 Without prejudice to any other rights, if you breach the whole or any part of the provisions contained herein, My918Mega.com reserves the right to take such action as it deems appropriate, including terminating this Agreement, immediately restricting your access to the Services and Site, terminating your account with My918Mega.com, seizing all funds held in the relevant My918Mega.com account, and/or taking legal action against you.

5.2 You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold My918Mega.com and its directors, employees, officers, licensees, licensors, affiliates, and subsidiaries harmless from and against all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including legal fees and any other charges, however caused, that may arise as a result of: your breach of this Agreement, in whole or in part; your violation of any law or any third-party rights; and your use of the Services and/or Site, or use by any other person accessing the Services and/or Site using your login details, whether with or without your authorization.

Official Unlimited Withdrawal Hours

6.1 Official withdrawal processing hours are from 10:00 AM to 11:30 PM daily. If a withdrawal request is made after 11:30 PM, the withdrawal process will be handled the next morning at 10:00 AM.
